I mailed with tracking. Device was delivered and no-one attained out to me. I needed to e mail them. A week later on they confirmed obtaining the unit. They sent a substitute. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this unit turned out to become. 10 minutes immediately after putting in new battery the device drains the battery. WTF?! It isn't really even worthy of reach
